Nature-based social prescribing, integrated with clinical care.
We work with physicians, psychologists, occupational health teams and preventive-health clinics to turn time in nature into a structured, documented intervention with defined dose, protocol and follow-up.
For: clinicians, psychologists, therapists and integrative health teams.
Discuss a clinical collaborationWhat a green prescription looks like in practice.
A green prescription is not a recommendation to 'go outside'. It specifies frequency, duration, environment, guided structure and measurement — the same discipline applied to any non-pharmacological intervention.
- Indication
- Perceived stress, mental fatigue, mild anxiety symptoms, occupational burnout risk, recovery periods.
- Dose
- Defined number and length of guided sessions over a set period, agreed with the referring clinician.
- Protocol
- Structured Forestminds® and Shinrin-yoku sequences: sensory orientation, slow walking, attention and reflection practices.
- Measurement
- Perceived stress and wellbeing captured before and after each session via the Forests4health Analytics scale.
- Report back
- Aggregated results returned to the referring clinician at the end of the cycle.
Referral, co-design or training.
Referral pathway
Your patients are referred into an existing guided program; you receive the outcome summary.
Co-designed protocol
We build a protocol around a specific patient group or clinical pathway you already run.
Clinician training
Continuing education on nature-based interventions, evidence base and safe delivery.
What we do not claim.
Forests4health delivers non-clinical, preventive nature-based interventions. We do not diagnose, do not treat clinical conditions, do not replace medical or psychological care, and do not perform physiological measurements such as cortisol or heart-rate variability. Our measurement is a self-reported perceived-wellbeing scale. Clinical responsibility always remains with the referring professional.
